SHIPPING

We offer Worldwide shipping on all items. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full ounce.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, or even if you are satisfied but simply want your money back, you can return your item within 30 days for a refund or exchange. All purchases on our website are eligible for a free pre-paid return label within 30 days of the purchase date.

 

Returns

You can return an item for any reason within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition with tags included. 

 

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment within 1 business day. You will receive the credit within 1-5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Return Shipping

If you are not eligible for a free pre-paid return label, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. (To see if you are eligible for a free pre-paid return label simply click on the "Print Return Label" link on our website menu). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To see if you are eligible for a free return shipping label, and to also begin the return process, simply click on the "Print Return Label" link on the website menu bar.

If you are not eligible for a free return label and you still want to return an item to us, please contact us first by login in to you account and going to 'view message' to inform us that you will be returning your item, or use the 'contact us' link below, before mailing it to the following address:
